DVR made easy

TRI-bpt recently launched its new Vision BPT digital video recorder with the main focus being the user friendly interface. The objective behind the design was to ensure that anyone installing and operating the system would find it easy to use.

The new feature-packed DVR offers a new level of simplicity. Just as you would drop and drag in Windows XP from one application to another, the same simple feature can be found in the new DVR software. Features such as moving images in the front-end window from, for example, camera one to camera six can now be done with ease. One is able to observe a live image while viewing one's search facility simultaneously. A further feature is when recording a detected incident you can view that specific incident whilst still recording.

You now have selectable compression rates from Mjpeg, to mpeg4, to mpeg4+; in addition to the new features the DVR has multizone and multichannel motion detection. This means that you can add multiple detection zones and mask areas where you do not want any recording. Pan and tilt control, watermark remote viewer, web server and back-up are still some of the standard features offered by a DVR system.
