I-Beam Systems, the South African developer and patent holder of the I-Beam range of hard-wired and battery powered dual beam active infrared perimeter intruder detection equipment have licensed CMT Trading to be the local manufacturer of the I-Beam product and to distribute it both nationally and internationally with effect from June 2004.

Anthony Rosenbaum MD of CMT says, "I am very pleased that CMT is taking on I-Beam as it is a product which we have used successfully for over two years as a reliable exterior false-alarm-free intruder detector switch and can recommend it to the security industry."
