Accsys Outsource: the launch of an HR and payroll bureau

March/April 2004 News & Events

Accsys has launched an outsource bureau offering a wide range of HR and payroll services. "Clients can benefit significantly by outsourcing their payroll to us," says Accsys managing director, Teryl Schroenn. "Besides the fact that outsourcing can be a more cost-effective option, our payroll and HR professionals are highly experienced and always current with the latest technology and legislation."

The new bureau will maintain and manage entire company payrolls following a full requirement audit, from the capture of monthly data inputs, calculation of all statutory requirements and generation of annual IRP5s, to submission of returns and employee and third party payments. Standard and special requirement reporting, such as Employment Equity and Skills Development Levy reports, will also be delivered. Clients will be charged a fixed monthly fee per employee, depending on their requirements.

This will all be done in a secure data storage environment. Each client database will be kept separate for confidentiality and backup reasons, while the use of high-level encryption technology will tighten security even further.

"By outsourcing their payroll to Accsys, clients will never have to worry about their payroll staff becoming ill at month-end or going on leave at inopportune times," Schroenn continues. "With Accsys's 23 years of payroll experience at their disposal, they will always have a smoothly running and efficient system."
