Vandalproof dome camera

The E-VDP300VD camera has been designed for indoor or outdoor use and is constructed of die-cast aluminium with a shatter-proof polycarbonate dome. Inside the vandalproof housing is a high-resolution colour CCD camera with auto-iris vari-focal lens.

This type of lens can be used in conditions of varying light such as outdoors or in consistent indoor lighting. The vari-focal adjustment means the installer can adjust the focal length of the lens to suit his application.

Other features include:

* Automatic white balance.

* Automatic backlight compensation.

* A wide input voltage range.

Applications for this dome include monitoring of unattended areas such as passageways, underground parking, stairwells, shopping centres and any other area where one fears the camera will be damaged or vandalised.
