Available now is the latest in JVC's professional DV editing recorders, model BR-DV6000E. A key benefit of this VTR is its dual capacity mechanism, enabling it to accept both full size DV cassettes and mini-DV cassettes.
The dual tape mechanism together with tape speed override makes the BR-DV6000 an easy-to-use, frame-accurate editing machine. With a variety of interfaces such as RS422, RS232, JVC Bus and FireWire (IEEE 1394) and analog composite, YC and component inputs, the BT-DV6000 provides a totally flexible recording/editing solution.
With the addition of a full-colour front panel monitor screen, the VTR features PAL/NTSC recording and playback, DVCAM playback and a wide range of options including a network board. For added flexibility, the BR-DV6000E has an optional XLR audio input or output interfaces.
