Tripp Lite has reinforced its strategic partnership with Westcon SA with the signing of Critical Application Partner (CAP) service contracts for its region.
The move is part of Tripp Lite’s continuing efforts to position itself in the rapidly developing IT markets of South Africa, while also establishing itself as a leading brand offering integrated solutions, for data centre and corporate IT environments.
Under the terms of the CAP contract, Westcon SA will offer services that include installations, on-site warranty service calls and preventive maintenance services for the entire Tripp Lite product range. CAP centres are also responsible for the start-up services of all Tripp Lite products.
