Xtralis launches the ADPRO platform

April 2011 Integrated Solutions, Surveillance, Security Services & Risk Management

Xtralis has introduced a suite of products designed specifically for central monitoring stations. The ADPRO remote surveillance product line is the leading platform for 200+ monitoring centres throughout the United Kingdom with a proven track record of proactive technology resulting in loss prevention and cost reduction for many customers.

This advanced suite of products includes:

ADPRO VideoCentral is a multisite security management software application designed to monitor video and audio from remote sites using ADPRO video transmission systems. VideoCentral supports multiple PCs and operators. The software platform allows remote monitoring of staff, assets and general site activity with interactive, user-definable maps enabling an operator to call and control sites directly from a map layout. VideoCentral is an intuitive program with user friendly icons, pull-down menus and wizards for ease of administration.

ADPRO V3100 is a single- or multisite system that monitors and transmits high-quality images using H.264 compression so operators can quickly assess an unfolding security situation and take appropriate, proactive action. The V3100 uses server-grade hard disks to locally store up to 8 terabytes of data ‘in the box’. The V3100 includes automated system monitoring of all critical functions and a secondary communications path if the primary should fail. Recorded video is evidential quality with video resolution for IP cameras up to high definition and records up to 30 images per second. The V3100 has live and recorded video transmission, two-way audio, remote camera control and flexible integration capabilities. An SDK is available to support direct integration with third-party receiving software.

ADPRO Presidium is the latest generation of video motion and analytics detection designed specifically for outdoor perimeter and area protection applications using regular cameras. With the focus on prevention rather than forensic-style analysis, the potential for loss to property is greatly reduced. Advanced features have been developed that greatly enhance Presidium’s detection capabilities and reduce unwanted alarms to near zero. These features include directional object detection, dual-edge trigger areas used to qualify alarms, single-edge target detection, and timer-enabled detection for sterile-zone loitering.

ADPRO PRO passive infrared detectors sense temperature differences between human targets and the background at distances of up to 150 meters. They can be used on their own or in conjunction with the i-LIDS–approved ADPRO Presidium video motion detector for added certainty in all weather conditions and demanding outdoor environments.

“The ADPRO suite of products provides an end-to-end remote surveillance solution for central stations looking to enhance existing services or add a completely new set of services to generate additional RMR,” states Kim Loy, vice president, remote surveillance. “The central stations will have new ways of saving their customers money through guard replacement and improved security and provide proactive response to situations as they occur resulting in loss prevention.”

The ADPRO suite of products provides early warning of security threats so that damage, property loss and threats to personnel can be averted and security personnel and/or local authorities can be deployed effectively.
