Skilled salespeople are essential to the core business of Elquip Solutions, a local supplier of electrical, automation, mechanical and consumable products. As such the company has appointed two highly experienced business development managers for its electrical division, Corne Botha and Jaco van den Berg.
This is according to Mike Cronin, managing director at Elquip Solutions, “It is important to select the right people for the job at hand and that their values and business acumen can enhance our own. We have no doubt that Corne and Jaco will leverage their previous experience for this,” says Cronin.
Botha was previously director at a large electrical organisation. “I was impressed with Elquip’s range of existing electrical products and I am assisting the company with marketing its electrical products aggressively,” said Botha.
He adds that Elquip is solutions driven and extends beyond mere buying and selling of products. “We ask ourselves what the customers’ needs are and tailor specific solutions involving quality, price and service plans.”
“As we are quality orientated, Elquip requires staff who are in tune with the customers’ requirements,” comments Cronin. “I believe Corne and Jaco are the best in the industry, and Elquip as a whole has formed a strong synergy with them.”
Van den Berg prides himself on service. “I am excited about my time ahead with Elquip Solutions. The company has good quality products, with extremely competitive pricing. There is no doubt that Elquip’s electrical products fulfill our clients’ stringent criteria,” he says.
“Jaco is extremely technically competent and very experienced. He leverages his technical experience to impact positively on his sales,” adds Cronin.
