Network Video Technologies (NVT) has released an updated version of their CCTV ‘Hybrid Video Product Solutions’ guide’, now including the new PS42 Power Supply StubEQ Active Receiver UTP Hubs range.
Available in 8, 16 and 32 channel variants, the new PS42 hubs are designed to deliver a 2-in-1 solution, providing both camera power and noise-free DigitalEQ Video - all at a lower cost than a separate power supply and StubEQ unit. Additionally, camera power can be supplied at distances of up to 450 metres - far beyond Power-over-Ethernet (PoE).
Along with the new PS42 range, the latest solutions guide provides a detailed technical specification for each NVT product. As well as information illustrating various product combinations and achievable transmission distances, the guide also features the range of accessories available - with which to create high-quality UTP Hybrid Video-based CCTV installations across a wide variety of applications.
Commenting on the release of the updated Hybrid Video Product Solutions guide, Steve Proctor, NVT’s sales director said: “More and more installers are switching to NVT’s Hybrid Video transmission technology. In comparison to coax, fibre or end-to-end IP systems, NVT UTP Hybrid Video offers superior all-round future proof performance, delivering real-time video, low voltage power, and telemetry data. The comprehensive new guide provides a powerful reference for anyone considering the installation of a CCTV system. It clearly illustrates the many time, cost, and performance benefits associated with NVT technology, making a compelling argument for the use of NVT UTP-based video transmission solutions, no matter what the size or complexity of CCTV application.”
