In keeping with its vision to offer quality products and service, Sensor now stocks off-the-shelf products backed with a 12-month on-the-spot swop-out warranty.
“Responsiveness is key to service success and we identified a market need for short turnaround replacement times in certain product ranges,” says Jean Brown, MD of Sensor Security Systems. “A faulty unit or component under warranty will thus be swopped out immediately – saving our client’s valuable time and money.”
Initially 72 cameras and lenses will be backed by this warranty. These products will be clearly identified on-shelf and in Sensor’s Web catalogue on www.sensorsecurity.net. The warranty is subject to the unit being installed to the manufacturers’ specifications.
Sensor also stocks a comprehensive range of Bosch products, which sport a standard three-year warranty on all standard products. In some instances specialised Bosch products carry warranties of up to five years and is designed to serve customers and partners in a professional and responsive manner.
