TCTA, a specialised liability management body for bulk water supply development, has issued a pre qualifying notice for to security service providers informing them of the tender process and requesting information in order to ensure qualification for short listing.
The tender will consist of the following security sections:
1: Access control and identification.
2: Alarm and armed response.
3: CCTV.
4: Fire protection.
5: Counter intelligent services (electronic sweeping).
Tenders are invited from security service providers in the Johannesburg, Centurion and Pretoria areas.
A minimum BEE ownership of 30% is a requirement to qualify for short list inclusion.
Submission of pre-qualifying documents is compulsory in order to be short-listed.
The pre-qualifying documentation is available from the TCTA website ( www.tcta.co.za) or can be collected from TCTA offices:
1st floor, Stinkhout Wing, Tuinhof Building, 265 West Street, Centurion
No late submissions will be considered.
The closing date for submission of the pre-qualifying documentation is Friday 19 May 2006 at 16:00.
