From science fiction to reality - some biometrics technology seems so far-fetched that it belongs in science fiction movies, but the technology is progressively starting to catch on and many companies are using it to streamline business processes and for optimum protection.

Biometric systems and other security technology pioneered by governments will increasingly be taken up in the corporate environment. Increasingly, companies are integrating building security and computer security into a single system, using software that incorporates web services and Internet protocols. The trend in office security is towards greater automation so that there is less reliance on human intervention.

Biometrics 2004 will address the most recent developments in biometric technologies. This event also features a wide range of case studies - locally and abroad as well as live demonstrations by some of the presenters.

The quality of the conference is based on b2b knowledge exchanges, networking and delegate-speaker interaction.
