Dedicated Micros has scooped the UK's top industry award for customer service, walking away with the title for best customer care initiative at this year's prestigious Security Excellence Awards.
Now into their fourth year, the Security Excellence Awards have become known as the UK industry's Oscars. Organised by The Builder Group security titles security management today (SMT) and security installer, they attract the industry's key players and are specifically designed to recognise and reward those security teams, companies and individuals who have made professionalism their byword.
