Security solutions for manufacturing

The Cardkey CK720 network controller simplifies security solutions. Where applications need dial-up such as satellite manufacturing sites, the dial-up network can provide remote monitoring.

Solutions include:

* Security alarm monitoring: Threshold alarms and digital inputs can be used to supplement automated building management systems.

* Safety: an audit on the system can identify where a person is or has been most recently, allowing the central monitoring facility to re-route messages or alert staff.

'Room loading' allows the system to control and limit access to areas and processes that may be hazardous or require special clean room procedures.

Roll call or 'mustering' allows the system to confirm the whereabouts of staff in the event of an accident or industrial process failure.

* Fire control: auxiliary inputs from a fire alarm system can be monitored to alert employees prior to entering toxic or hazardous environments.
