Network Video Technologies (NVT), the unshielded twisted pair (UTP), CCTV hybrid video transmission company, recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey across its UK and EMEA operational region.
To ensure the credibility of the questionnaire’s results, NVT employed the services of an independent agency, with the primary objective of asking its customers, ‘How are we doing?’ Areas surveyed covered NVT’s entire business sphere, including; sales, marketing, operations and accounts.
From the results, NVT scored an impressive 81% satisfaction rating, revealing the company’s customers value the things that differentiate its market offering. Paul Speller, NVT’s general manager commented: “Achieving 81% indicates that on a daily basis, we are delighting our customers, though we are not resting on our laurels, it also highlights areas where we can target ourselves to improve. The detailed questionnaire has identified both generic trends to focus upon and customer specific needs which we are now addressing. We have set ourselves a specific improvement target for this time next year.”
