MS International celebrates10 years in business, opens new offices.

August '99 News & Events

MS International, recently appointed the official South African distributor for Pyronix and Electronics Line, has moved into its newly customised building, some six times the size of its old premises, an indication of the extent to which the business has grown over the last 10 years. To celebrate its milestone (1999 is MS International's 10th anniversary) the company hosted its major suppliers at a recent function to officially open its new offices at 377 Commissioner Street, Johannesburg, including Doron Averbuch, Marketing & Sales Manager of Electronics Line, and Claire White of Pyronix UK.

Hi-Tech Security Systems had a brief chat to both executives, who articulated their views on MS International as a business partner, and their impression of and ambitions for the local market.

Electronics Line's Averbuch suggested that it (Electronics Line) had been extremely impressed with the energy and focus of Yusaf Mather and his team at MS International - a key factor in choosing to appoint MS International as its SA distributor. "MS International provides a unique service, and demonstrates a vision and an excitement about that vision that I have not seen in too many businesses around the world," says Averbuch. A case in point is the company's commitment to servicing its strategic partners where, for example, it has put in place a complete, dedicated computer infrastructure to service key account Paramed Security (now Sentry Paramed Security). This was an important issue with Electronics Line, according to Averbuch, as the company wanted to align itself with a distributor that had strategic partnerships with major monitoring companies.

According to MS International's Yusaf Mather, there are some exciting events gaining momentum, but he remained tight-lipped about the details. "Rest assured," he said, "Hi-Tech Security Systems readers will be the first to know when we are ready to make announcements." It seems that MS International has hit the road running with its relocation, and there are exciting plans afoot. Watch this space.
