I-Cube IA software

I-Cube image analysis (IA) software allows colour, size, shape, intensity or texture to be measured or used to identify an object, allowing items within specification to be counted or removed in realtime, for example green apples from a conveyor or the number of loaves of bread into a truck.

IA software provides integrated, intelligent, imaging solutions which proactively reduce crime, prevent theft, by linking images to time detected by the camera, transactions or an invoice, allowing an immediate response via SMS, e-mail or audio/visual alarms if required. An example is the number of shampoo bottles filled per second, which have lids, the correct label and colour.

The image shows a 50 kg bag of sugar which has been identified against numerous other products, counted, captured for manual review if required and entered into an hourly report, featuring over 1000 items an hour.
