Milestone cancels APAC/EMEA MIPS conference in Dubai

1 March 2020 News

Without the ability to effectively predict how events will transpire over the next two months, Milestone Systems is following the recommendations of relevant national authorities and international health organisations in determining this proactive health measure.

“The wellbeing of employees, partners and other stakeholders always take priority at Milestone. The MIPS conference is important, sharing insights and innovations as well as exploring upcoming trends, new technologies and challenges, together with our partners. While it has been difficult, we firmly believe that we have made the most responsible decision,” says Kenneth Hune Petersen, Milestone System’s chief sales and marketing officer.

Milestone Systems is considering alternate ways to share the essential information prepared for MIPS, Dubai.

MIPS is Milestone’s annual flagship event for the global Milestone open platform community. Starting in the USA in 2006 with an audience of 60, the event has grown steadily. MIPS now reaches an audience of more than 1500 globally.
