GPRS communication system

RDC’s GPRS alarm monitoring system is an advanced and feature packed estate security communications choice. Communication is bidirectional which means that the units can report alarm activity as well as offer simple home automation. While all the features needed for high-end estate monitoring are available, the products have been designed to offer the most simple installation and operation possible.

GTXConnect is a web based portal that displays communication devices installed on the estate for easy viewing and management. Users have remote access to program, control and download logs from units on the estate. Various access levels allow only the appropriate features to be available to security company technicians and end users.

The C-20 GSM base station features a colour touch screen and enough processing power to receive more than 100 signals per second using a standard GPRS connection. The unit also has a variety of connection and redundancy options with automatic swap-over capabilities. Complications around managing standard SIM cards can be avoided by using chip SIMs integrated into G-TX transceivers.
