Axxess-E is a state-of-the-art wireless access control system that waves goodbye to the days of millions of metres of controller and terminal bus cable runs. Using Axxess-E can eliminate 90% of the traditional cable runs and the AX-AXSP-01 Starter Kit provides the perfect place to start.
The kit includes Axxess Studio (free, full-featured, Windows 7/8/10 based software that utilises SQL Server 2012 database management); a USB site interface that houses the main unique licence key and manages RF traffic to and from the system devices (RF environmental monitoring protects the system from interference and jamming devices); and a 125 kHz, AA battery powered wireless card reader that will run more than 100 000 transactions per battery set and has an indoor range of 50 m (when powered from the DC supply).
To ensure secure data transmission, the Axxess-E system makes use of secure AES128 encryption and rolling code. The system also conducts a clear channel assessment and transaction acknowledgement to ensure that signals reach their destination.
