With a focus on ease of use, BioStar 2’s web-based interface allows secure and convenient access management for any environment, including residential estates. Users can be linked to specific allocated access groups which control specific times of access and particular access points, such as turnstiles for workers and vehicle barrier access for residents. The issuing of unique pin access or one-time card usage is also an option that enables effective management of visitors.

BioStar 2 can be activated on the cloud, enabling seamless system upgrades, full data protection and convenience, all managed securely using internationally approved security standards. Controlled user management and audits, in conjunction with web accessibility, makes access management very effective and convenient.

In addition to cross-platform web access, dedicated Android and iOS applications add a further level of convenience for estate managers and residents alike, with different user profiles that will assign specific rights to specific user types. Utilising a browser or mobile app, estate managers can, with a touch of a button, review the current system status, address system alarms, be notified of system irregularities or monitor the system throughput.
