An outdoor fingerprint terminal with comprehensive access control and time and attendance features. The BioLite N2 incorporates Suprema’s latest fingerprint algorithm. This biometric reader is suited to both small and enterprise access control systems and time and attendance applications. It achieves a matching speed of up to 20 000 matches per second and accommodates up to 10 000 users – providing instant matching results with minimal lag time.
Packed in a rugged IP67 housing, the device provides superior protection against invasive moisture, dust and even liquids. The BioLite N2 provides added flexibility in system design by featuring dual-frequency RFID technology as well as NFC and BLE. With the BioStar 2 Mobile card, as a credential, your smartphone is also a key to access.
The N2 supports TCP/IP as well as more traditional interfaces (RS-485, Wiegand), providing higher flexibility and multiple installation options for different environments. It also offers two internal inputs and one internal relay output to control peripheral devices. The I/O ports can also be expanded using the Secure I/O accessory.
The FBI PIV/Mobile ID FAP10 certified model of the BioLite N2 (BLN2-PAB) is available on special order. It meets the strict quality measures specified for single fingerprint devices, essential for US government and most countries’ public procurements.
