Redefine Properties’ new premium development is Rosebank Link, the Rosebank skyline’s newest icon. Towering 15 storeys high, the building will consist of ground floor retail space and eight storeys of office space. Rosebank Link will have direct and safe access to the Gautrain station, The Zone and Rosebank Mall. It is targeting a 4-star Green Star rating.

In order to complement this building along with all the fascinating design styles, Boomgate Systems was tasked with installing a system that would be rugged, durable as well as stylish. Boomgate’s new range of Pro Wing Speedstiles was the solution. The Pro Wing includes the following as standard:

• Sensor beams to detect within the area of the Speedstile.

• Scrolling LED indication arrow to assist with direction.

• 24 V brushless motor that allows for an opening/closing speed of 0,3 seconds.

• Tamper detection enforced with a mechanical as well as electrical locking procedure.

• Impact detection to prevent any harm, as well as damage to both humans and equipment.

• Auto-correct function to ensure the gates are always at the correct position during operation.

• Customisable reader bracket to suit most forms of access control.

• Battery backup available.
