Intelligent ceiling detector

The RISCO Industrial LuNAR Grade 3 is an intelligent ceiling detector with bidirectional remote control, a mounting height of up to 8,6 m and a coverage area of up to 18 m in diameter. It is applicable to industrial and commercial installations, particularly for protecting warehouses due to the installation height and the Anti-Cloak technology which is able to accurately detect even in extreme summer heat and with non-air-conditioned environments.

The coverage pattern is divided into three lens sections, each covering 120 degrees with no dead areas and advanced catch performance. The detector is well suited for industrial applications as it is difficult to mask or block unintentionally when shelves are rearranged or boxes are stacked up.

The Industrial LuNAR allows installers to program and/or adjust parameters of the detector during or after installation. The installer is able to do the latter by means of bidirectional remote control and/or through the keypad or up/downloading software without the need of scaffolding or cherry pickers.

The device employs intelligent digital signal processing methods that automatically adjust the alarm threshold and pulse count verification according to actual intruder behaviour and environmental factors, providing enhanced detection and false alarm immunity.
