ERS integrates Suprema biometrics

March 2019 Access Control & Identity Management

ERS Biometrics and Suprema have announced the recent integration of Suprema BioStar 2 into the ERS Biometrics Time and Attendance software module, giving Suprema clients access to the advanced T&A features that ERS has to offer.

ERS Biometrics takes away many of the manual processes, allowing for easy exception management. These include:

• Advanced shift management.

• Schedule your shifts/rostering.

• Comprehensive reports.

• Auto report functionality.

• Leave management.

• Pre-loading of overtime.

• Clock management.

• Export to payroll.

To simplify time and attendance, the ERS Biometrics Enforcer Module enables clients to manage only the exceptions like, absenteeism, late arrivals, early departures, unauthorised overtime, etc. The module integrates with all major payroll platforms, automatically updating clocking information to increase payroll efficiency. Cutting down on manual processes associated with time sheets, the ERS system can save companies countless hours each month in fixing inaccurate data or errors.

The integration means that current Suprema BioStar 2 users can now add ERS’s time and attendance to their current access control platform or boost their T&A by adding the ERS solution with localised pay rules and payroll system integration that offers a finger-to-payslip solution. This extracts additional value from initial capital expenditure, subsequently lowering costs through optimised human resource management and reduced human resource management tasks, allowing the focus to return to core business functions.

“We are pleased to introduce our resellers and end-users to the ERS Biometrics’ Time and Attendance software module and look forward to the mutual value-adds that this integration brings to the table,” says Walter Rautenbach, MD at neaMetrics, local Suprema distributor.
