Suprema’s latest access control trio, Xpass D2 series, for tough environments and outdoor installations, is optimised for centralised access control systems such as Suprema’s CoreStation, an intelligent door controller.

Xpass D2’s multi-smartcard reader with dual-frequency (125 kHz/13.56 MHz) RFID card technology supports most types of RFID card standards with a single device including EM, MIFARE, MIFARE Plus, DESFire/EV1, FeliCa, NFC and BLE, as well as mobile credentials through NFC and BLE.

Xpass D2 is available in three different form factors, namely mullion-type, gangbox-type and gangbox keypad-type. These devices feature a dust and waterproof housing (IP65/IP67) that is also vandal resistant (IK08) making the D2’s a smart choice no matter how harsh the environment.
