Londoloza becomes a part of Fidelity ADT

September 2018 News & Events, Security Services & Risk Management

Fidelity ADT has announced that Londoloza Protection Group will now form a part of Fidelity ADT. This partnership will integrate Londoloza customers into the Fidelity Security Group, under the Fidelity ADT umbrella.

Wahl Bartmann, group chief executive officer of Fidelity Security Group, says this partnership provides an exciting opportunity to bring a wealth of diversified experience and security knowledge to these new customers and to deliver a far more integrated and robust security offering.

“Where most security companies only respond to crime that has already taken place, Fidelity ADT works to pro-actively mitigate crime in the communities in which it operates, and that is a very exciting proposition both for Fidelity ADT as a company and Fidelity ADT customers,” he says.

He assures all customers that service will continue as normal during the transition. Londoloza customers will still be able to contact and deal with the same Londoloza employees they are accustomed to. The process of re-directing all customer signals to the monitoring centre in Midrand will commence on the 1st September 2018. Following which the vehicles will be dispatched using the company’s auto-dispatch system to speed up reaction times.

“To all our new customers, our focus going forward is to build and further improve on the exceptional service and quality you have come to expect. As Fidelity ADT, we will continue to protect your property, assets and loved ones with passion, integrity and commitment based on localised, community focused and cost-effective solutions that will keep you safe,” concludes Bartmann.
