Based in Centurion, Security Warehouse offers certified training courses on a number of topics, including CCTV, access control, alarm and gate systems and more. Some of the courses on offer include:

• Electric fencing

4 August 2018

The course covers the introduction, uses, accessories and wires used in an electric fence. It also covers setting up energisers along with networked energisers for control zoning as well as solar power for the electric fence. The course also covers the new electric fence law and how to register and become a certified electric fence installer.


• IP made easy

8 August 2018

IP made easy covers basic networking, cabling and Wi-Fi; as well as IP cameras, DiGi-IT DVRs and NVRs, hybrid DVRs as well as surge protection and fibre networking.


• Fibre optics

15 August 2018

This is an introduction to fibre optics, covering the types of fibre cable, cable losses, installation guidelines, quotes, analogue video and data.
