Securex 2018 Official Event Guide Access Control & Identity Management

Suprema will once again be at Securex with a host of options on display. Of the many products and solutions visitors can see, here are some you can’t miss:

• The BioEntry P2 is a comprehensive access control solution with high matching performance and multi-card reading. The P2 has a large 8 GB memory and can accommodate up to 10 000 users and 1 000 000 event logs. Fast access through doors is reinforced with a powerful 1.0 GHz CPU, allowing BioEntry P2 to achieve matching speeds of up 10 000 matches per second.

• SmartCash Transact is a cardless transaction solution that allows customers to deposit cash, send cash, receive cash and pay for goods and services at a merchant, using the security of their own fingerprint. Once SmartCash users have deposited cash into their electronic wallet they can use the available funds without ever having to handle cash, which poses its own security risks.

• Suprema’s new intelligent door controller, CoreStation, is designed for mid to enterprise-level access control systems. It is capable of handling 500 000 users with an incredible fingerprint-matching speed of up to 400 000 matches per second.

• A web-based, open and integrated security platform providing comprehensive functionality for access control and time attendance, the BioStar 2 features a modular, flexible framework, the platform supports both BioStar 2 Device SDK which is used to integrate Suprema’s terminals with third-party systems, and web APIs which are used to integrate the functionality of BioStar 2 with third-party systems.

Suprema BioLite N2 is a fingerprint reader for dynamic environments such as outdoor and extreme weather conditions. This mullion-type access control and time attendance terminal is packed in a rugged IP67 housing. BioLite N2 delivers added flexibility in system design with multi-class RFID reading technology.
