Encrypted access control

1 February 2018 Access Control & Identity Management

Access management is one of the largest factors anyone faces in terms of security, whether for a private residence, office building or estate. Gogogate is a secure and practical way to grant access using your smartphone.

The Gogogate is a smart opener that includes the following features: controlling of up to three doors or gates, video monitoring and user-management.

The Gogogate is a system you connect to your garage/gate, wall-mounted push buttons or control panel. It is compatible with almost all systems and installations takes approximately 20 minutes using the guides. Once setup is complete, one should download the free Gogogate app for iPhone or Android and follow the simple programming steps.

The system is completely secure because it uses Wi-Fi encryption technology. You will receive notifications in real-time when the door or gate is open, closed, or accidentally left open. It also includes a built-in calendar of events to ensure you stay up to date. The video monitoring allows you to see real time and past events by integrating with the Gogo indoor and outdoor IP cameras to the app.

There is no limit to the number of people who can download the Gogogate app and control access in conjunction with you. Having a household with multiple people entering and exiting your home on a daily basis makes this ideal because each person can use the app separately on their personal devices. You can, however, limit access weekly, per day, or to specific hours. If, for example, you expect an important package to be delivered, you can allow access for the specific time of day.

As an additional feature, the Gogogate can work in conjunction with your Google Home/Assistant or Amazon Alexa for voice control, using terms such as “close garage door”, or, “when it starts to rain, close the garage door” to enable the respective function.

Limiting access is highly beneficial in business scenarios, or as an extra layer of protection for corporate offices, construction sites, warehousing or storage units.

With the Gogogate you can manage all your users from a single platform as well as edit all your Gogogate device settings on the go.

Smart access is the future of security, giving you an extra peace of mind you never knew you needed.
