TVT has announced the availability of a new 4 MP H.265 network IR waterproof dome camera, the TD-9541E2.
Offering true day/night functionality and a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1520, the dome also offers infrared capabilities up to 20 m, as well as Power over Ethernet (PoE). To protect the camera from the elements and vandalism, it is rated IP66 and IK10 for ingress protection. The system support simultaneous online monitoring for up to 10 users as well as multi-stream real-time transmission, with access enabled for mobile devices.
When used in conjunction with TVT’s NVMS9000 or NVMS1000 NVRs, users can also make use of TVT’s Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA). This provides users with a number of analytical applications, such as the detection of abandoned or removed objects in specified areas. It also offers exception reporting should the intelligence detect image changes such as scene change, colour change or blurring.
Additional IVA functionality includes directional line crossing up to a maximum of four lines, as well as intrusion detection into user-specified areas. Administrators are able to set up the analytical applications as required, and can set the camera to record on an alert or to continuously record scenes depending on the organisation’s requirements.
