4 MP network IR cameras

Sunell has launched a new range of 4 MP network cameras in a variety of models. The new series sports a 1/3-inch Progressive Scan CMOS motorised lens (2.7-12 mm) with low-light performance included in all the models. The range is capable of supporting triple streaming and offers WDR (wide-dynamic range) and 3D DNR (digital noise reduction) functionality for improved image under various conditions.

All models support corridor mode as well as H.264, H.265 and MJPEG video compression according to the user’s preference. Certain models also support audio and alarm I/O functionality and the range has an operating temperature range of between -30°C to 60°C.

To improve the capabilities of the surveillance solution, various analytical alarm triggers are also included in the cameras, from motion detection, network disconnect and disk alarm, through to models that also include analytics for perimeter protection, loitering detection, object left and/or removed, illegal parking and more.

The different models on offer support the following:

• The Eyeball model with motorised lens 2.8-8 mm offers users the options of streaming 4 MP at 20 fps (frames per second), 3 MP at 30 fps, or 1080P at 30 fps, while delivering a Smart IR range up to 30 m

• The mini-bullet with motorised lens 2.8-8 mm offers 4 MP at 20 fps, 3 MP at 30 fps, or 1080p at 30 fps and a Smart IR range up to 30 m.

• The middle-bullet camera with motorised lens 2.7-12 mm supports 4 MP at 30 fps, 3 MP at 30 fps, or 1080p at 30 fps, with a Smart IR range up to 30 m.

• The big bullet option with motorised lens 2.7-12 mm supports 4 MP at 20 fps, 3 MP at 30 fps, or 1080p at 30 fps, with a Smart IR range up to 50 m.

• The vandal-proof dome camera with motorised lens 2.7-12 mm. delivers 4 MP at 20 fps, 3 MP at 30 fps, or 1080p at 30 fps, with a Smart IR range up to 30 m.
