Hybrid recorders integrated with Milestone

Dahua Technology has announced that its range of penta-brid video recorders (XVR) are now integrated with the Milestone XProtect Video Management Software (VMS).

Dahua XVR is a newly developed HD video recorder based on open structures in order to be compatible with multiple access technologies. It is aimed as a solution to upgrade existing video surveillance systems. XVR supports four mainstream analogue camera types, not only traditional CVBS (analogue) cameras, but also HDCVI, AHD and TVI, as well as IP cameras. Moreover, XVR recognises the signal formats from a camera automatically, including both Dahua cameras and those from third parties. Plug and play makes operation more user-friendly and convenient.
