November 2016 Products & Solutions, Infrastructure

Regal Distributors recently introduced a range of ICASA-approved carrier class WLAN products and solutions. The new product range includes indoor and outdoor wireless CPEs, base-stations, antennas, dish and grid bridges and a range of APs and gateways for SOHO, SMEs and enterprise solutions.

All products are managed with a web interface or by the NMS WiController Smart Radio Controller with auto discovery, configurable templates and statistic reporting. The WiController is capable of controlling up to 1024 APs.

The NW200, NW201 and NW211 are specifically designed for outdoor and indoor IP CCTV surveillance with PoE and up to 27 dBm RF output power and integrated 18 dBi high gain antennas, delivering bandwidth of up to 1000 Mbps. This means that this range can support more cameras and a higher video resolution. Network traffic management is integrated in the wireless CPE range ensuring smooth video streaming.

NW210 is an outdoor wireless base-station featuring 802.11ac technology for high-end wireless coverage and point to point connections with improved network scalability. NW210 is used with the NW221 sector antenna.

NW220 is a 300 Mbps 2x2 MIMO outdoor wireless dish bridge for long range point-to-point and point-to-multi-point solutions. NW220 includes a mounting kit with ‘all-angle’ adjustment for effortless installation on any pole or wall mount application.

The range of licence-free cloud based 802.11ac WAPs delivers the RF performance and reliability required in any enterprise solution. The WiSCloud Controller includes features such as real-time statistics and monitoring of all online APs and users, load balancing, live network optimisation, history traffic records from 24 hours to 30 days, etc.
