Suprema BioStation A2

November 2016 Products & Solutions, Access Control & Identity Management

Suprema’s flagship fingerprint access control and time attendance terminal is packed with features to ensure that it comes up on top of its class in design, performance and security.

A2’s 5-inch IPS LCD touch-screen provides wide viewing angles and easy operation that is further extended by a special reinforced glass screen that ensures maximum screen visibility.

BioStation A2 features a Quad Core CPU offering exceptional matching performance (1:150 000/sec), smooth graphics, and quick response for users. BioStation A2 carries a massive 8 GB memory to store up to 500 000 users (1:1); or 100 000 users (1:N), 5 000 000 text logs and 50 000 image logs.

With a remarkably reduced Capture Error Rate, the secret to A2’s accuracy lies in the collective benefits of the new OP5 sensor and Suprema’s improved fingerprint algorithm. This reduction is also extended to various environments through its enlarged sensing area and new fingerprint capture and processing techniques.

BioStation A2 features Suprema’s all new Live Finger Detection technology.

The A2 ensures versatility with its wide-angle camera with face detection as well as videophone, PoE, and built-in WiFi along with extensive RF card options.
