ESDA celebrates golf day success

January 2016 News, Associations

Manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of product to the security industry participated in the annual ESDA Golf Day in the second half of 2015.

The day was well supported with a total of 19 four balls teeing off at Modderfontein Golf Course for a day of fun. The ESDA golf day is just one of the member benefits that members can use to entertain their customers.

This year a number of companies sponsored holes, donated prizes and donated money directly to the Edenvale SPCA. The committee would like to extend a very big thank you to all the players, sponsors and donors for their participation, sponsorships and donations which contributed to the success of the day.

A cheque for R12 500 was handed to Mrs Dennise Beattie from the Edenvale SPCA. Together with the direct donations from the day, Edenvale SPCA has an amount of R23 500 to enable it to help animals in need.

As far as prizes are concerned, first place went to Nemtek, second to TPA and third place to RDC.
