SAIS holds AGM

The South African Institute of Security (SAIS) held its annual general meeting last month. Apart from confirming the board’s members, the chairman handed a certificate of appreciation to Rosemary Cowan for her service to the association and the security industry over the past 25 years.

Hi-Tech Security Solutions salutes Rosemary for her long service and for putting up with Hi-Tech Security Solutions.

The board (as in the photograph) consists of (left to right): David Miller, Errol Peace, Peter Jephson (current treasurer), Colin Ackroyd (new), Dave Dodge (current chairman), Rosemary Cowan (administration manager), Doraval Govender (new), Alan Levitas (co-opted), Mike Verster (current vice chairman), Francois Marais and Gerald Watson (new).

The following members were not present: Barney Delport, Jackie Higham, Eytan Nevo, Deena Padayachee, Bruce Robertson and Gavriel Schneider.
