Cathexis expands and partners with Norbain

January 2015 News & Events

Cathexis Technologies has announced the launch of its new offices in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

“The emerging nature of this market has provided phenomenal growth opportunities for video surveillance equipment and software providers,” says Gus Brecher, MD of Cathexis Africa and group marketing director of Cathexis Technologies. “We have been studying the dynamics of the Middle Eastern market for some time now, and we understand that these differ somewhat from European, USA and African counterparts,” he added. “We will be placing an even stronger focus on developing excellent business relationships with distributors and customers.”

With offices now entrenched in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, and distributors in the USA, Australia and other regions, Cathexis Technologies has enjoyed exceptional growth in recent years. To help bolster the development of its Middle Eastern operations, Cathexis Technologies, has appointed a dedicated team to manage its operation in Dubai.

“The extended team is expected to enhance the support of our existing and new channel partners, launch our drive into the Middle East, and increase our exposure to end-users and consultants,” says Brecher.

Cathexis Europe partners with Norbain

Cathexis Technologies has also partnered with Norbain in the UK. “With a solid reputation for excellent customer service, Norbain is the ideal partner for our European operations,” says Brecher. “Our objective is to supply not just products, but integrated solutions, and over the years Norbain has stood out as an organisation that shares our business ethos – to benefit the end-user’s organisation and increase their return-on-investment.”

According to Chantel Smith, sales manager at Cathexis Europe, the CathexisVision VMS offers a unique, holistic security and business solution, which provides a true site-based management infrastructure for any environment.

“We are thrilled to partner with a team who recognises the benefits of an open architecture IP solution with endless capabilities,” says Smith. “Our focus on ‘ease-of-use’ has enabled us to create a user-friendly interface that facilitates efficient, accurate installation of any system. Norbain shares our core values with enthusiasm to provide an exceptional service to clients,” she added.

Cathexis Technologies has recently launched its latest software release, CathexisVision 2015. With an extended range of brand new features and impressive capabilities, CathexisVision 2015 adds more functionality to satisfy all security and infrastructure management requirements.

“CathexisVision 2015 provides clients with optimum solutions and maximum return-on-investment,” says Brecher. “With a broad range of intelligent new features, including powerful new analytics, new system design tools, and expanded third-party integration – to name just a few, the CathexisVision 2015 Suite of Software truly does help organisations to get the most out of their surveillance investment,” he concluded.
