The new F16 is reliable, durable and highly accurate with its ZK fingerprint sensor with ver. 10 algorithm and provides user recognition in less than 1,5 seconds. The acceptance and rejection are indicated with a prominent audio and visual function. Relay outputs for electric lock and alarm. Inputs for door status sensor and exit switch. The device supports multiple time zones and personnel groups for programming valid entry zones. IP65-rated waterproof enclosure permits this reader to be used for outdoor applications.
The F16 is released standard with storage up to 3000 fingerprint templates, 30 000 cards and 100 000 transactions. The data can be backed up to a USB Flash drive and can also be transferred to another reader in the absence of computer connectivity. Internal Proximity Card reader allows dual factor authentication for access control. Dual template management on the software allows the user to enrol on either the device or on the software, and transfer in both directions. Communication ports in the form of the TCP/IP and RS-485 serial ports. The Wiegand-OUT port allows for connections to any third-party control panels, while the Wiegand-IN port you can connect to an external reader to do verification on both sides of the door.
