Westcon adds skills to security division

As a distributor committed to constant improvement Westcon is proud to add another talented individual to its security team in the form of Gerard Thomson.

Thomson will join the Westcon Security Solutions business unit in the capacity of presales engineer and brings with him numerous years of experience as a senior technical consultant formerly for Coactive Solutions.

With his diverse knowledge and experience of both the technical and management aspects of the security and the broader ICT industry, Thomson will be ideally suited to contribute to growing the Westcon Security customer base while at the same time better servicing its reseller partners.

“Gerard brings with him a wealth of experience in the management of client and vendor relationships, as well as having an extensive technical knowledge which we believe will assist in enriching the Westcon Security Solutions business unit.
