ProSync and pocketOps

ProSync for EasyRoster ensures best wage-revenue ratios, meets client requirements 100% and reduces HR administration. It offers real-time workforce management that uses fingerprint, card and/or GPS enabled personnel deployment management, which eliminates redundant processes such as cellphone check-in and manual registers, which are prone to fraud and reliant on expensive supervision.

Designed for Suprema T&A terminals and EasyRoster Deployment Manager, it provides a solution geared for security and guarding, labour brokers, outsourced services and any business requiring rostering of staff and real-time management of the same. Automated alarm functionality keeps managers informed when site conditions such as quantity, time critical and personnel grade requirements are not met.

The latest addition to ProSync is the pocketOps smartphone application that enables managers to control Suprema devices from their smartphone, view statistics and graphs, manage alarms and interact with the control room – keeping managers up-to-date wherever they are. GPS functionality includes features such as GPSign-in, photo evidence/collaboration and GPStaff-track. These functions use smartphones to allow staff sign-in at predefined geo-locations, collect and share photo evidence with project members or control centres as well as tracking staff in real-time.
