The Speedstile Kinetic is a high-speed medium security access control solution for office buildings and combines high-speed silent motor drives with a sophisticated sleek design.
It is the perfect access control solution to match the aesthetics of any new trend-setting building. The Speedstile Kinetic cabinet is manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel and is effectively a hand-crafted product. The sheet metal profile is 3D designed and then rolled and welded to the required shapes.
The two glass wings are of 8 mm toughened safety glass and two heavy duty geared motor drives provide an opening time of under one second, enabling high speed access.
Safety is of primary concern and each lane is fitted with a set of optical light curtains which each have 44 safety beams. The light curtains ensure ultra-safe operation and prevent the glass wings from closing onto a pedestrian.
The Speedstile Kinetic is the most sophisticated product of its kind in South Africa and offers highly intelligent tail-gating and wrong direction technology. 550 mm, 700 mm and 900 mm wide lane widths are available. The 900 mm wide lanes are ideal for regular pedestrian access as well as for allowing wheelchair and delivery access.
