Available for resale by Westcon Comztek resellers with immediate effect, the Eaton 9PX UPS constantly monitors power conditions and regulating voltage and frequency, offers up to 95% efficiency in online double conversion mode and 98% in high-efficiency mode and boasts a 0.9 power factor that delivers 28% more power thanany other UPS in its class.

“In short the new Eaton 9PX UPS will enable you to optimise your power density as well as minimise capital and operating expenditure, while providing you the assurance when the power goes down, these fluctuations will not interfere with your IT infrastructures and business applications,” states Tiens Lange, business unit director at Westcon Communications Solutions.

The Eaton 9PX also boasts a new graphical LCD display from which you can meter energy consumption; a compact rack/tower versatile form factor; serial, USB and relay connectivity; the Intelligent Power Software Suite compatible with all major OS including virtualisation software such as VMware and Hyper-V, as well as more runtime with up to 12 external hot-swappable battery modules.
