Human capital management suite

September 2013 Access Control & Identity Management, Security Services & Risk Management, Products & Solutions

AWM360 Data Systems has included the Logitime integrated time management and access control software suite as part of its product portfolio. Logitime offers an integrated solution for time and attendance, access control, job time (shop floor data collection), project registration, human resources and planning.

The 32-bit Windows application can use an MS SQL, MySQL or Oracle database, and consists of several modules and options available separately or that can be integrated. The product is flexible, scalable and based on an open structure, which means it can be easily integrated within any company structure.

“We have incorporated this offering because it is established, credible and powerful, and is not market-sector dependent. Any regulation, within any module, could be integrated,” says Guenter Nerlich, MD, AWM360 Data Systems.

Nerlich also refers to the fact that internationally, the Logitime range is continuously improved by research and development teams, which means that the infrastructure is always relevant and meets global standards. New functionalities are constantly added and are in demand by the market. “Added to these functionalities are new interfaces that enable customers to better manage key business applications, including HR, payroll and ERP,” he adds.

AWM360 believes there is a growing need for unified communications infrastructure that enhances operations. “Businesses want the benefit of integration and cohesive communications infrastructure, and that infrastructure must be linked to their ERP strategies. The way this technology is laid out has a profound impact on the efficiency of business disciplines like access control and time and attendance,” Nerlich says.
