New Smart Phone app for Suprema ProSync

July 2013 Access Control & Identity Management

ProSync’s new smartphone application, pocketOps, keeps you in touch and up-to-date with operations from anywhere in the world. Features include:

* Remote enrolment. When the need arises to deploy new personnel in remote locations, without having to report to an administration office, this function allows an authorised site supervisor to perform remote enrolment on site using implemented clocking readers. The back-end is updated immediately without administration overhead and tedious data synchronisation.

* Operational management. Operational managers can now view operational statistics and health from anywhere. ProSync pocketOps provides access to EasyRoster alarms, highlighting site requirement discrepancies and allows interaction with the central control centre.

* Client statistics. Where transparency is a requirement clients can be granted views to the state of their sites, from anywhere, to see personnel currently on site, their grading, hours on duty and many more.
