Pyrostorm is a range of impulse dry powder, modular type fire suppression units designed for industrial applications. The non-pressurised units can be configured to virtually extinguish any application and are also the most cost-effective powder-type automatic fire extinguishers available.
Pyrostorm is ideal in protecting industrial risks such as transformers, oil pack rooms, exposed pumps and motors etc. They can be used in conjunction with a voltage-free heat activation device which can provide reliable electrical activation via temperature sensing without the need for batteries or electrical supplies.
The units are lightweight and easy to install and transport, with no pipework required. In normal applications they are also maintenance-free for 10 years.
