VideoIQ first accredited international warranty centre

VideoIQ has announced that VideoIQ Africa, the representative for VideoIQ locally, is to be formally accredited as a Master Agency & the African ­warranty centre for the products, the first of its kind internationally.

Steve Lefkowitz, VP of international business development at VideoIQ Inc, announced the news during the ASIS show in Philadelphia USA recently; “We have seen some really impressive projects and growth from VideoIQ Africa making them one of our most successful partners abroad. With their continued commitment, excellent local support and thorough knowledge of our technology we have awarded them the well deserved status of Master Level Agency,” commented Lefkowitz.

Lefkowitz added: “Now customers will see an even better level of local support and service with the guys in Africa working extremely closely with our technical experts at the highest level. This will ensure the best implementation and performance of our products in the African market. It also helps bridge any delays in responses and turnaround due to the distance and time zone lag between our continents.”

Tinus Diedericks of VideoIQ Africa was very pleased with the news, “As with any technology like ours in the market place it is absolutely vital that we back up all of our integrators with excellent service and knowledge.
