COMMAND is now available immediately to monitoring companies, armed response providers, and security operations worldwide and is DeepAlert's primary monitoring platform.
COMMAND is designed around how control-room operators actually work, addressing operational challenges long associated with legacy monitoring software: cluttered alert queues, limited in-the-moment access to site context, and inconsistent use of standard operating procedures across shifts.
