Gallagher Security opens Cape Town office

November 2024 News & Events, Access Control & Identity Management

Gallagher Security continues its expansion in South Africa with the official opening of its second office in Cape Town.

Acknowledging a significant period of growth for the company in South Africa, opening a second office will enable Gallagher to increase its presence across the region with staff based in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

While the office currently houses three Gallagher team members, it will also be used as a customer hub and experience centre, offering channel partners, consultants and end users the opportunity to get firsthand experience with Gallagher’s technology suite and to better understand the business value they can unlock for their customers.

The Gallagher team also plans to use the space to host events, training and demonstrations.

Gallagher Security Africa, Group Operating Officer, Morne Grobler says, "Gallagher's expansion into Cape Town marks an exciting new chapter for us in South Africa. This new experience centre and office is not just a space but a hub of innovation, designed to bring our customers closer to security solutions that are shaping the future. We are committed to fostering strong partnerships and look forward to new opportunities within the Western Cape."

It has been an exciting year for the Gallagher South Africa team, with multiple events, new additions to the team and a number of exciting key vertical focus areas for 2024/2025, including mining, education, finance, estates and data centres.
