Regal brings awards home

May 2024 News & Events, Surveillance

The recent conferences hosted by Regal Security Distributors’ brand partner Hikvision saw Regal scoop several awards, including the Special Thanks Award—a testament to Regal’s 15+ year commitment to Hikvision.

The conferences, held in South Africa and Mauritius, respectively, were attended by professionals, service providers, and leaders from several verticals within the security industry.

“As a preferred distribution partner of Hikvision, it was exciting to rub shoulders with industry representatives from across the world in the beautiful tropical surrounds of Mauritius,” says Regal’s Head of Product Management, Michael Collier.

This year, Regal walked away with the Special Thanks Award as well as the

• Advance Sales Award.

• Best Business Network Coverage Award.

• Channel Dedication Award.

• Best Operations Award.

“One of the takeaways from both events is that the partnership we currently enjoy with the surveillance giant is only set to get better,” adds Collier. “Hikvision firmly believes that we will continue to grow business by bringing the momentum of product and technology innovation to our customers across industries. As a company making significant advances in AIoT, they are committed to promoting the common good. This translates into a win for all as technology continues to expand opportunity.”

“I do have to give credit where it is due, and that is to the team at Regal Security because without them and their commitment to Regal values, we would not be here. I also have to say a big thank you to our customers for supporting and trusting us with their surveillance needs.”

“As one of South Africa’s leading security products distributors, Regal has made it a mission to ensure that it delivers top-quality products and services to customers and lives up to the expectations of our brand partners such as Hikvision,” concludes Collier.
